IT Park

This was a developer run project planned as an office building that could be rented to multiple users. Therefore the built mass was divided into three towers with their independent entries and service cores. Floor plates were designed keeping in mind an optimal use of interior space. Bucking the trend for all – glass facades, we kept the fenestration to moderate levels and instead the lift lobbies on the corners were clad with glass walls that tapered as the floors climbed up. Massive recesses in the façade relieved the regular pattern of the windows.
